ABOUT US

C. Nicole Roth Rogers earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.  She is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst certified by the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and a Mediator registered with the State of Georgia's Office of Dispute Resolution.  She has over twenty years experience working as a litigation paralegal in the Atlanta area.  Nicole has extensive experience assisting Atlanta's top attorneys in high asset and contested custody divorce cases as well as contested estate matters.  Nicole began her paralegal career working in immigration law.

In 2016, Nicole decided to offer her services using her education and experience to assist individuals in resolving their divorce matters without spending time and money in a courtroom.  Nicole also realized that there was a need for a professional that can assist families with accounting returns that are required to be filed in the Probate Court in some cases.  These decisions led to the founding of The Rogers Firm, LLC.

Nicole continues to provide contract paralegal and litigation support services to attorneys in the metro Atlanta area.

Nicole lives in Cobb County and enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.  Nicole managed the care of her mother who fought breast cancer for many years as well as her late grandmother who suffered from dementia.  Nicole is a breast cancer previvor and is active in the support and research to prevent hereditary breast and ovarian cancer with FORCE, Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered, as well as spreading awareness about the harm of breast implants.

Based upon Nicole's personal life experiences with divorce, co-parenting, and the care of aging family members, she has first hand experience to rely upon when consulting with clients and understanding their unique needs.
