PROBATE ACCOUNTING

The Rogers Firm provides assistance to individuals, executors, administrators, conservators, and attorneys in the preparation of required accounting as part of the administration of an estate or guardianship.  An example of court required accounting in probate administration is the annual return and inventory report.  We have extensive experience in culling through mounds of paperwork and receipts and reducing it to a format that is used by the Probate Courts in Georgia.
